At lunchtime, your child can choose from:
A school meal (free to all children in Reception & KS1)
A home-packed lunch
Reception children go into the hall first. They are helped by staff to get their tray, cutlery, and find a seat. Children sit with their friends, so hot meals and packed lunches can be at the same table. We encourage independence, but staff will help when needed.
Meals follow a 3-week menu (sent home and on the website).
Includes a vegetarian option, jacket potatoes, sandwiches and a salad bar.
Choice of two puddings, with milk and water available.
Staff help your child with their meal if needed, but please practise using cutlery at home.
Healthy choices only – no sweets, chocolate, fizzy drinks, glass bottles or cans.
Drinks must be in leak-proof, unbreakable bottles.
Keep lunch bags slim to help with storage.
