The online application process opens in September prior to a child starting school. All online applications must be submitted by Thursday 15th January 2026 . Lancashire County Council (LCC) will then send out notification letters to parents in April. Any pupils who are not happy with their offer may appeal - full details are provided by LCC.
The selection and oversubscription are managed by LCC as they are our admissions authority.
Children are normally admitted to the Reception class at the beginning of the academic year in which they are five.
The number of places available for admission to Reception in the September 2026 will be a maximum of 45.
The maximum number of children on School Roll is 315.
It is the parents responsibility to ensure their legal application is submitted before the deadline to the authority.
