Meet the Governors

Welcome to our Governing Body.  Below is a brief profile of our governors.

Mrs. J Rosebury - Chair of Governors

I am a Community Governor, and I am serving a second term as Chair of Governors at Fulwood and Cadley. I first became a Governor when my sons attended Fulwood and Cadley (the eldest of whom is now a Primary School teacher himself) and I have always been impressed by the School’s commitment to all aspects of children’s education. I gained my degree in English and American Literature from the University of Warwick where I also achieved a Masters degree, before my MPhil from the University of Sunderland, and then a PhD from Sheffield Hallam University in March 2021. I have recently retired having been involved in education all of my working life. For the last thirty years I was a university lecturer in English Literature at the University of Central Lancashire as well as being involved in Quality Assurance, and at various times managing different teams and departments. I bring this professional experience to my role as a School Governor, as well as my commitment to ensure all children are provided with the best educational experience.
