Meet Gemma Mills our Children & Family Support Worker

Fulwood and Cadley

Children & Family Support Worker

A key member of our school team is Gemma Mills our newly appointed Children and Family Support Worker. We strive to support all our children and families to ensure potential difficulties, challenges and barriers to learning are addressed before they escalate and could impact on progress, well-being and mental health.

Gemma is available for the whole school community, working with individuals and groups within school to support with a range of areas from bereavement to friendship issues, difficulties in the home and general well-being.

The family support provision can enable all our families to access support and guidance again for a range of issues, from benefits advice, housing, debt management, employment, mental health, boundaries and routines, behaviour, domestic abuse and much more.

If you would like to access some support or advice,

please call our Family support line on: 07547 104272

or email gmills@fulwoodcadley.lancs.sch.uk

School Support for Families

Fulwood & Cadley works hard to support all our families in relation to a variety of issues and challenges we may be facing. At present the Sanctuary is not up and running. As this is a parent support group it would be wonderful if parents could lead the sessions supported by Gemma our Children and Family Support Worker.

If you are interested in getting involved please complete the form below.
